SALARY : $74,500- $89,400
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Benefits and Compensation Specialist is responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs and compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements. This role plays a critical part in developing, implementing, and maintaining equitable compensation practices and benefits plans that attract and retain top talent while aligning with the organization's strategic goals. Particular emphasis is placed on ensuring the organization's compensation strategies remain competitive and equitable, fostering employee satisfaction and retention.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
The Benefits and Compensation Specialist supports the organization by ensuring that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable laws. This role is responsible for maintaining compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, conducting salary benchmarking, and ensuring payroll accuracy. Additionally, the specialist collaborates with HR leadership to implement total rewards strategies, manage vendor relationships, and support employees with compensation and benefits inquiries.
