The Team

Our firm’s AI & Analytics practice is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking individuals at the Manager level to join our team to leverage AI and emerging technologies for business transformation. We are a tight-knit team that believes collaboration is key and offers excellent opportunities for career advancement and building leadership skills. We are focused on providing development opportunities, training and exposure to a cross section of industries. Our project teams give you frequent exposure to client executives and rapid growth in your areas of interest.

How you will contribute

• Effectively leads workstreams
• Leads self and teammates to achieve objectives set with project leadership direction
• Plans and designs work, coordinates cross-functional team activities, provides guidance and ensures quality deliverables by using structured problem-solving framework and methodologies
• Interfaces with client regularly and possesses strong executive presence
• Provides significant support on proposal and sales efforts
• Actively seeks to identify client’s needs that may lead to new opportunities; manages personal relationships in a business context and maintains an active network of business relationships
• Establishes an inclusive environment that is positive and engages all team members

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. Thesalaryrange is $135,000- $190,000annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
