The Position : We are currently in search of Physician Assistants for our Tiverton Family Medicine location. The Physician Assistant's main responsibility includes providing high quality medical care to patients and their families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, as well as the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases.
New luxurious and spacious office location opening soon!This is a salaried, full-time position.The schedule is Monday through Friday.This position involves caring for adult and pediatric, primary care patients.Essential Functions :
Evaluate sick, urgent care, transitional care and primary care patientsPerform annual physical exams as neededEducate patients on maintaining proper healthEvaluate, make recommendations, co-manage, and treat patients' medical needsParticipate in an interdisciplinary team providing care and coordination of our patients, ensuring the highest level of careRequirements :
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with a current Rhode Island PA license in good standingCurrent National Board CertificationA minimum of 2 years of primary care experience in either a family medicine or primary care outpatient practice is preferredWhy You Should Apply :
