job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork in a short-term acute care hospital in a CT department handling ER, in-patient, and out-patient cases Shift is 4x10 hour day shifts from 9 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM with weekend and on-call requirements Perform CT exams including abdomen, pelvis, head / neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and CTAs with multiplanar reconstruction Preferred experience in aspirations / biopsies, brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, drainage, and myelography Siemens equipment experience preferred Utilizes FUJI PACS and Cerner EMR; related experience preferred Royal blue scrubs required First-time travelers are accepted Allied travelers, including CT Techs, may be considered as locals Travelers must work at least 2 out of 3 major holidays during the contract Candidates must be willing to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed Free parking available on site Returning employees must have a 12-month separation before applying as travelers Pre-start online modules must be completed Must provide SSN and DOB for compliance Minimum 2 years of recent CT tech experience, including in a community hospital setting Experience with IV starts and contrast administration required BLS, ARRT, and ARRT Advanced Certification required Active IN state radiology license required prior to start (pending not accepted); license required if applicable Must provide two supervisor references for consideration Cerner EMR and FUJI PACS experience preferred Must have graduated from an ACEN or CCNE accredited university High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
