A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Search and examine public records to determine a property's status of title
Review documents affecting title to property, including mortgages, deeds, and probate records
Make insurability decisions and interpret title insurance guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of prior Commercial Title Examination experience
Strong Metes and Bounds Mapping Skills
Experience with County Government websites and title-related software
Good research and investigation skills with an understanding of legal terms affecting real property
