Responsibilities Work in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30 Care for critically ill neonates including those requiring oscillators, ventilators, pressors, cardiac care, and CVCs such as Broviac, IJ, and Femoral lines Involvement with surgical wound care and complex medical interventions Responsibilities include providing specialized care to neonates with critical illnesses Must complete required onboarding modules and documentation prior to start date Pre-employment modules will be completed online and vary by specialty Locals are allowed at the same rate for RNs References from two recent supervisors within the last year are required Requirements Active California RN license required Minimum of 2 years of recent Level IV NICU experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Certifications required : Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), RN At least one completed previous travel assignment required Navy scrubs required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-619033.
