We seek a passionate individual to join our team at Ristorante Brissago, a contemporary Italian restaurant at the resort that sources local, seasonal ingredients. As a Part Time Server Assistnat at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will assist with delivery and service of hotel food and beverage offerings to the restaurant guests.

What will you be doing?

• Thoroughly understand the menu, wine list, ingredients, preparation, and expected service.
• Deliver all required Service Accents to the guest (e.g., SSA presentation, bread presentation, horseradish / cheese grating, and dessert presentation).
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Transport and polish clean dishware, utensils and accessories as needed.
• Comply with opening and closing procedures as well as complete side work.
• Communicate with the culinary and management team throughout duration of shift.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Clean and reset dining room tables and booths during and after meal
• Perform other duties as assigned.
