Sterile Processing Tech

5x8 Variable Shift - Will be expected to cover shifts between the hours of 06 : 30-23 : 00 - This position will be mostly 14 : 30-23 : 00 & / or 22 : 30-07 : 00 (40 hrs guaranteed)

Call required

Weekends required and variable depending on staffing - Roughly 1 every 4th-5th weekend & 1 night per week minimum

BLS required

Will accept either CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM).

Must have acute hospital OR exp

First time travelers are NOT accepted

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience

Must have experience flexible endoscope reprocessing : bronchoscopes, colonoscopies, egd scopes, ebus, eus, enteroscopes, ercp, fiberoptics, flex sigmoidoscopes, tee scopes and automated reprocessors

Endoscope reprocessing exp required

Must be able to do decontamination and assembly
