Senior Field Superintendent Data Center Construction
DataX Connect are partnered with a leading data center developer at the forefront of AI-powered digital infrastructure. Our client is seeking a Senior Field Superintendent to oversee large-scale data center construction projects in North Dakota.
The Senior Field Superintendent will play a critical role in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across ground-up builds, expansions, and retrofits.
Youll be the key link between project leadership, contractors, and vendors keeping complex projects on track and delivering to hyperscale standards.
What Youll Do :
- Lead daily on-site construction activities and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance with all EH&S requirements.
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and commissioning support.
- Track schedules, budgets, and contractor progress while escalating risks.
- Manage owner-furnished equipment (OFCI) logistics, delivery, and installation.
- Support project closeout and seamless handover to operations teams.
- Act as the construction representative with local utilities and third parties.
What Youll Need :
5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction (data centers preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of delivering complex builds.Deep knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and project management.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Why Join Them?
