Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements : This is a full-time position with standard hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, along with on-call responsibilities. During periods of high demand, extended hours and additional workdays may be necessary to meet customer needs. This role often requires working more than 8 hours a day, including some evenings and weekends. A weekend on-call bonus, premium pay for extended hours, and additional compensation for high-volume or "storm mode" periods are provided. Travel is primarily local, though occasional out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.

Compensation : $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
