Helicopter Mechanic

In this role, you will maintain and repair military helicopters, ensuring they are mechanically sound and ready for flight at all times. You will work within our Engineering & Maintenance department, applying your technical expertise in a challenging yet rewarding environment that contributes directly to the national security and defense mission of the United States Army. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of Army helicopters. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Conduct detailed inspections to ensure aircraft safety and compliance with regulations. Record and maintain accurate maintenance logs. Collaborate with other mechanics and military personnel on maintenance and repair tasks. Support aircraft testing and perform modifications as required. Maintain tools and equipment for aircraft maintenance. In-depth knowledge of helicopter mechanics and systems. Proficiency in using tools and technology for aircraft maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
