Salary :

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Program Alignment and Site Optimization (PASO) Specialist to join our team.

Location : JBSA Randolph, TX (travel required)

Job Description :

The PASO Specialist plays a key role in program fidelity and alignment. This role involves site visits, evaluation of training quality, and continuous support for curriculum implementation across the CRAFT project sites.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Conduct annual site visits and evaluations using standardized checklists and coordinate follow-up support.
  • Provide feedback on instructor delivery, Aircrew Conditioning Program Assessment (ACPA) testing, and curriculum use.
  • Facilitate cross-site communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Create and deliver written reports of findings, observations, and recommendations post site visits
  • Collaborate with site personnel to identify curriculum implementation challenges and develop strategies for improving instructor performance, utilization rates, and unit buy-in
  • Support onboarding, training quality, and continuous process improvements.
  • Travel : Up to 50% travel is required. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent domestic travel.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in a Human Performance or Education-related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with instructional oversight and performance programs.
  • 2+ Years of leadership and management experience with efforts of similar size and complexity.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or program evaluation.
  • Current CPR and AED certification.

  • U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
