Billing Representative

A company is looking for a Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities :

Researches and enters missing information for medical claims processing

Reviews denied claims and communicates issues to management

Handles inbound and outbound calls to resolve client and patient issues

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of experience in handling calls with clients or patients

1+ years of knowledge in healthcare and insurance billing

Ability to work Monday to Friday from 08 : 00 AM to 04 : 30 PM EST
