Major Duties
1. Assist Omnium Services in prioritizing strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
2. Create a standardized approach to partner experience
3. Business Strategy and Growth
- Partner with the management team to develop priorities to enable delivery of the overall strategy for the business
- Drive change through prioritization and alignment of resources
- Own and ensure delivery of initiatives
- Work to align teams to business priorities
- Oversee and drive skill development priorities
- Collaborate to ensure employee-centric policies and practices support business objectives.
- Champion initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction, inclusion, and productivity.
- Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives
- Develop ad-hoc analytics to help the business better understand and manage its growth opportunities, etc.
5. Regulation, Risk and Controls
Work to understand the impact of new regulations on the business and how that may impact the business strategy6. Ad Hoc / General Business Management Support. Knowledge :
Seasoned expert with strong technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertiseStrong communication skills, together with influencing and relationship-building are important attributes for the role.The ability to maintain confidentiality is essentialAble to collaborate across lines of businesses and work with central / corporate organizations, building a strong networkWorking with big sets of data and analyzing this to find conclusions.Translating initiatives into a presentation. Must be able to present findings and translate data into corporate presentations.Drive trends and provide new conclusions or perspectives on new findings.Working collaboratively with business partners : HR, Compliance and Finance in order to support day to day business activities.Expert Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skillsExperience :
Solid experience within Financial Services.A university / college degree or equivalent and / or relevant proven work experience is requiredAbility to operate autonomously with an ability to face off to the management team, demonstrates a willingness to take initiative and work independently, a problem solverAbility to understand the strategic business vision; focus on improving the bottom lineSound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented outlook, possess courage to ask tough questions and challenge the status quoStrong attention to detailStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders.Training and facilitation skills preferredSalary Range :
