We are currently seeking a highly motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our growing Electrical Engineering (EE) team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will be involved in electrical engineering and construction support efforts for all clients (e.g., Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense), ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field condition assessments, testing, and metering ; must be able to open and evaluate electrical distribution equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, UFC, VA TIL, etc.).
• Coordinate across disciplines (architectural, mechanical, structural, civil, etc.) to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
• Provide construction administration services : respond to RFIs, conduct site visits (up to 50% travel), perform punch list walkthroughs, track progress, and issue clarifications.
• Perform constructability reviews and ensure electrical design aligns with field realities.
• Mentor and educate junior designers and engineers to improve design, field, and constructability knowledge.
