Position Overview :

We're hiring a dependable Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. The Delivery Driver will operate stake bed trucks, pull equipment trailers, and deliver lifts and materials. Candidate should have forklift experience. The driver will make deliveries to construction sites in the Kansas City Metro Area. The driver will also be responsible for carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensure the maintenance is up to date on the shop trucks. Other duties include working in the warehouse, building various electrical assemblies (we will train), and cleaning the warehouse.

Responsibilities :

• Load, transport, and deliver electrical components to construction sites
• Verify delivery documentation, inventory, and order accuracy
• Assist with loading / unloading using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Manage delivery schedule and navigate routes efficiently
• Communicate with warehouse staff, site supervisors, and team members
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs
• Pickup and delivery of shop tools (verify in working condition and all components are present)
• Audit tools on site and transfer them as they move sites
• Inspect tools on site and red tag any that need removed from service or repaired
• Pick up and deliver materials that are sent to the shop
• Coordinate material deliveries between the vendors and on site operators for unloading
• Staging of material as requested by the foreman
• Hot shot material pickup if needed
• Maintenance and cleaning of buggies on site
