• Continuously assess the patient's physical and psychological condition throughout the continuum of care and document relevant information accurately. Share important assessment data with the appropriate disciplines.\n

• Arrive at work on time, prepared to fulfill your duties, and adhere to hospital policies regarding tardiness, absenteeism, and time-off requests.\n\nQualifications\n\nEDUCATION\nGraduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.\n\nEXPERIENCE\nPreferred experience in geriatric psychiatry and prior hospital experience.\n\nLICENSURE\nMust hold a current nursing license in Rhode Island and have BLS certification; CPI training to be completed within one year of employment.\n\nSPECIAL SKILLS\nExperience in geriatric psychiatric care is preferred.\n\nWork Location : The Westerly Hospital
