Duties and Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

Support SEO strategies across multiple brand websites

Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify content opportunities

Write SEO-optimized blog posts and web articles on a weekly basis

Monitor site and page-level performance using Google Analytics and SEMRush

Collaborate with the team to implement on-page SEO best practices and improve domain visibility

Regularly analyze rankings, backlinks, and traffic patterns to recommend optimizations

Partner with the Marketing Manager and Software Development Manager to ensure alignment

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track the performance of content across channels (SEO, LinkedIn, blog, email)

Create recurring performance reports to monitor content reach, engagement, and SEO impact

Use insights to guide content strategy and recommend adjustments

Report on KPIs, SEO goals, and digital growth to the Marketing Manager, Software Development Manager, and Company Presidents

Content Creation & Management

Draft and edit compelling copy for websites, blog posts, social posts, and other marketing assets

Find external outlets and publications to share content to build backlinks

Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms (primarily websites and LinkedIn)

Design basic visual content using Canva or similar tools

Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and refresh recurring content series

Creative Collaboration

Participate in brainstorming sessions with senior team members

Offer fresh creative and content ideas aligned with business goals

Stay up to date with digital trends, SEO changes, and platform best practices

Contribute to shaping marketing vision across brands

Qualifications

1 year or more of data-driven SEO experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
