Key Responsibilities

Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating and treating patients

Carry out therapy plans to improve independence in daily living skills and functional ability

Document patient progress and update care records accurately

Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Support discharge planning and team care meetings

Requirements

Active Massachusetts COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program

Strong communication and patient care skills

Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
