Weekly Pay Package : $2,279 / week

  • Taxable W2 : $648 / week ( $18 / hr
  • Stipend (Non-Taxable) : $1,631 / week ( $45.31 / hr
  • Total Blended Rate : $63.31 / hr
  • Hours per Week : 36 hrs (3x12s)

    • Assignment Details

  • Shift : Nights / Days Float – 3x12s, floated every 4 hrs (may be pulled to ED & ED Observation)
  • Contract Length : 13 weeks
  • Patient Ratio : Up to 1 : 6
  • Trauma Level : Level 3

    • Job Description

    We are a seeking experienced Emergency Department Float RNs to provide high-quality, compassionate care. Responsibilities include :

  • Delivering direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
  • Supervising and documenting patient and family care.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Assisting in finding solutions for variances from patient goals.

    • Requirements

    2+ years recent and relevant ED experience

  • ? Current Michigan RN license

    • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications

    Preferred Certifications

    TNCC, ENPC or PALS, CPI
