Director of Medium Voltage Capture Team

Responsibilities & Expectations :

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a talented Director of Medium Voltage Capture Team. As the Capture Team Manager for IPS, you will apply innovative analytical and problem‑solving skills, strong attention to detail, customer focus, and computer skills. Responsibilities may include :

• Guide and manage a team of industry experts in efficiently utilizing company resources to grow the sales of medium voltage components, packages and project business
• Drive collaboration with sales base to find and develop opportunities in the medium voltage market space
• Engage with OEMs, suppliers and intra‑company resources to present high value solutions to our customers
• Coordinate training opportunities for the continued growth and development of technical capabilities within the Capture Team and wider organization
• Manage the pipeline of opportunities, maximize efforts to convert orders and maintain the visibility of the development of projects
• Mitigate risks and provide guidance on acceptable terms and conditions

Benefits :

Pay Rate Details : $135,000‑$150,000 annually plus bonus structure
