Work Experience :

1+ years of experience in hospital, outpatient, or acute rehab setting preferred.

Education :

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program

License :

Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Oregon

NBCOT certification required.

Certifications :

Current CPR / BLS certification.
