No Locals accepted : No What is the local radius rule? 75 Miles Pending State License accepted : No RTO Restrictions : 5 days or less Total Staffed Beds / Rooms : 36 Charting : Epic Patient Diagnosis : Sepsis, ICU stepdown, & Medical Surgical Overflow Special Procedures : BIPAP & Hi Flow Oxygen Special equipment : Telesitters & Hillrom Nurse Call System Scrub Color : Navy DRIVER'S LICENSE & UTILITY BILL MUST BE INCLUDED WITH SUBMISSION NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience 2 Years of experience required BLS, ACLS, EKG Course / Telemetry test, NIHSS (required prior to start) 3x12 Nights Unit specific skills checklist within the last year required. Must be updated annually. Current and valid DL or State issued ID required. Must check unit description to confirm certifications required. Required for RNs in the following units : ER, ICU, IMC, Telemetry, Stroke Units.
