Trainer - Customer Consulting

Position details : Full-time, permanent, remote. Applicants must live in Germany.

Reports to : VP, Customer Success EMEA

If this all sounds like something you would excel at, apply now as a Trainer in our Customer Success department. In this role, you'll help our customers get the most out of Netstock and use it optimally within their business processes. As a Netstock expert, you'll ensure smooth project implementations and deliver a great customer experience.

How you'll support us :

  • Plan and conduct customer training sessions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement customer requirements
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and systems
  • Identify customer needs, develop solutions using Netstock features, and configure the Netstock application
  • Provide project support when needed

What you will bring :

  • Experience in conducting and designing training sessions, ideally in a similar environment
  • Initial professional experience working with groups as a trainer, moderator, or consultant
  • A confident and engaging personality that earns customer trust and builds strong project relationships
  • Strong understanding of complex systems and the ability to explain them clearly to users
  • High motivation, commitment, and a hands-on mindset
  • Good team and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • And of course : creativity, inspiration, and contagious enthusiasm for your work!
