This position will assist the Chief Growth Officer with all things including administrative and marketing responsibilities, designing graphics that require light graphic design skills and creative writing material to use in internal and external purposes including, but not limited to the Company website, social media, email, and print. This position will assist with the coordination of events and trade shows, working with outside marketing firms and third-party vendors and to improve the overall marketing and public relations of the Company while supporting the administrative responsibilities of the Chief Growth Officer.

We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, high-performer that is a great cheerleader for the team and the company. An individual that has proven administrative and marketing experience. A person that understands that company culture is extremely important. One that knows training never stops, for themselves and their team.

This position will be based out of PHIL's Peoria, Illinois Headquarters (working from home is not allowed). Up to 25% of their time may require domestic travel.
