  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1320 - $1410\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas or compact state\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience\n
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification\n
  • Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification\n
  • Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification\n
  • Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification\n
  • Current NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification\n
  • Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility\n
  • All certifications must be valid at time of application\n

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department\n
  • Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and critical conditions\n
  • Administer medications, treatments, and emergency procedures as ordered\n
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members\n
  • Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
  • Respond rapidly to emergencies and changing patient conditions\n
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management\n
