As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor entrances and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of individuals and vehicles at the residential location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual activities, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and property management to address questions or concerns related to access control and security-related matters.Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while performing duties at the location.What We're Looking For :
