Key Responsibilities
Assist genetic counselors with clinical case preparation, family histories, and genetic testing facilitation
Support laboratory activities including test utilization management and genetic test reporting
Contribute to research activities related to formal research protocols and studies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in biology, psychology, chemistry, medical technology, or related health / social science field
Working knowledge of human genetics concepts and vocabulary
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to a changing work environment
Interest in the field of genetic counseling is preferred
