Job Description :
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience supporting Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, hardware troubleshooting, Macs, Networking, Microsoft Intune, MFDs, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory, Office 365, and MS Teams.
- Experience with Azure MFA, desktop imaging, and strong customer service skills.
- Hardware, OS, and software troubleshooting; ability to write business requirements, process flows, test scripts, and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to develop business cases and think creatively within constraints.
- Teamwork, influence, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Support for escalations, root cause analysis, ticket resolution within SLA, quality standards adherence, knowledge base management, training, and coaching.
