• Hospital-employed seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join an expanding, high-quality behavioral health program serving children and adolescents
• Competitive salary range of $340,000 $355,000 annually, plus incentive bonus potential
• Flexible practice structure offering 100% outpatient, 100% inpatient, or blended options depending on provider preference
• Supportive multidisciplinary team including psychologists, therapists, social workers, APPs, and neuropsychologists
• Rotating call schedule limited to pediatric cases with no adult call responsibilities
