About the Opportunity

Are you a Nurse Practitioner looking for meaningful, supplemental work that makes a difference in patient care? We're seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members in Kent County, Michigan .

This is a guaranteed-pay 1099 contract with a fast turnaround and fixed schedule - ideal for independent providers who want stability and autonomy without the demands of prescribing or follow-up care.

Position Details

• Contract Type : 1099 Independent Contractor
• Compensation : $18,600 / month (paid $9,300 semi-monthly)
• Contract Term : 14 weeks
• Start Date : October 1 (partial week), ends December 29 (partial week)
• Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours / week (8-hour days)

Fixed schedule options : Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, or Wed-Sun
