Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bench Technician. The Bench Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of digital imaging and printing equipment. This role requires performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring equipment meets quality standards. While based in Costa Mesa, CA, some work-from-home flexibility is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair digital imaging and printing equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ensure equipment meets quality standards

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing digital imaging and printing equipment
  • Experience with routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Associate degree or certification in Electronics, Mechanics, or related field
  • Experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
