Description : Position Overview
The Production Associate is responsible for performing a full range of tasks, including order entry and processing, production / manufacturing, packaging and shipping of various printed materials and other products. The Production Associate has an opportunity to learn what it takes to run a business. This is a 100% hands-on role. This role is a cross-functional tasks (e.g., quality control / inspection, print, etc.).
Essential Job Functions
- Be prepared to perform any tasks related to the operation of the company.
- Learn the businesses and product and production workflows.
- Perform all tasks as assigned, including but not limited to :
- Taking orders and inputting orders into ERP system.
- Planning daily production batch schedules.
- Counting inventory.
- Cutting vinyl and other materials.
- Packaging according to standard procedures.
- Preparing products for shipping.
- Shipping products.
- Performing product returns process.
- Vendor management and placing orders.
- Learning and operating CNC cutting, printing and other equipment
- Perform other duties, as required
