Senior Instructional Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives

Design and develop engaging learning experiences for various audiences

Conduct needs analysis, develop course materials, and create assessment instruments to measure learning effectiveness

Required Qualifications

BA / BS in instructional design, organizational development, training and development, or communication; Master's degree preferred

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Articulate RISE and Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud

Experience with LMS and LXP platforms

Certification in administration of personality inventories (e.g., DISC, HBDI, Myers Briggs)

Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems
