Position Overview

As a Virtual Travel Agent you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including flights, hotels, transportation, cruises, excursions, all-inclusives and more. You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to offer recommendations, confirm bookings, and ensure a smooth travel process from start to finish. This is a  service-drivefully remote, client-facing role, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and excited about travel who wants the flexibility to work from home. This position can be part time or full time, there are ni sales quotas or deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and book travel arrangements including airfare, accommodations, car rentals, and activities
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel restrictions, and requirements
• Maintain detailed records of itineraries, payments, and client communication
• Deliver outstanding customer service with timely and professional communication
• Stay informed on travel trends, tools, and partner offerings
