Questpro has partnered with an insurance company in Bedford that is looking for a Title Coordinator to join their team. The position is in-office, Monday through Friday.

Duties

  • Opening and scanning mail received
  • Managing call queue : answering basic TP questions, providing claim updates, and directing callers to the appropriate party or team
  • Creating and sending Total Loss Packets according to state guidelines
  • Making initial calls to lienholders to secure payoff information, Letters of Guarantee, and copies of titles
  • Contacting owners / insureds to inform them of upcoming packets and other customer-specific tasks
  • Following up with owners / insureds and lienholders to obtain or correct necessary documents
  • Sending revised packets to owners / insureds as needed

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of title processing experience, including working with DMVs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with basic office equipment and Microsoft Office products
