Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Highlights : Schedule : Sunday–Thursday, 3 : 30 PM – 11 : 30 PM Pay Range : $17.50 per hour Location : Brooklyn Park, MN 55445 Contract Type : Must be licensed – No trainee licenses accepted Physical Requirement : Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Summary : The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment provides assistance in the preparation and distribution of drug products.

The Technician is responsible for preparing prescription medications using the fulfillment system.

Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Responsibilities : Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and member / physician outreach Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and / or escalated member issues Escalate prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or direction Assist with inbound and / or outbound patient or physician calls Perform other duties as assigned Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Qualifications : Education : High School diploma required Experience : 0–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience Licensure / Certification : Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification required by the state of operation (No trainee licenses) Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, or similar software Basic computer skills Other Requirements : Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English Strong customer service skills with focus on quality and satisfaction Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner If you are interested in this Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment position, please apply to this posting with Luke H.
