What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Gather requirements, design, and implement solutions using SmartWorks' application suite

Integrate SmartWorks' application suite with third-party software interfaces

Develop and maintain project documentation, standard operating procedures, and other necessary documentation

Lead or assist in training sessions with SmartWorks' customers and provide implementation support

Act as a liaison between SmartWorks, customers, third-party vendors, and industry consultants

What is Required (Qualifications) :

College diploma or University degree in a related technical field (e.g., Electric or Computer Engineering, Computer Science)

Strong grasp of SQL and experience with one or more Enterprise Database Software such as SQL Server or Oracle

Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments

Ability to travel in North America up to 30% of the time

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in software implementation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Strong working knowledge of object-oriented design (C / C++ or Java)

Previous experience in training customers and writing technical documentation

Familiarity with the Utilities industry is an asset
