Senior Graphic Designer role at Compass Group USA
Compass Group’s Creative Studio is an in-house agency powering growth for the nation’s largest foodservice company through innovative, visually compelling sales content. We’re looking for a strategic, detail-driven designer who brings stories to life through bold creative.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-visibility design projects that require advanced creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
- Provide hands-on oversight of sales and retention materials—ensuring visual alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
- Design a range of client-facing content, including proposals, presentations, brochures, digital assets, and microsites.
- Translate complex information into clear, compelling visuals that tell a cohesive story.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Retention, Operations, and SMEs to align design strategy with client goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Oversee project timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress using workflow and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Teams).
- Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, and resources for team-wide use.
- Mentor and onboard graphic designers, providing feedback to support growth, quality, and consistency.
- Introduce new tools, techniques, and design trends to elevate team creativity and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or proposal environments.Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design tools.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital work.Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.Benefits & Equal Opportunity
