Position Overview :

As a PTA, you will provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver rehabilitative care as directed by the Physical Therapist

Track and document patient progress accurately and timely

Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care

Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility policies

Requirements :

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

Current and valid California PTA license

CPR certification required

Previous SNF or rehab experience preferred, but not required
