Central Regional Sales Manager - Chicago Area

We are seeking a Central Regional Manager (RM) to lead and manage sales initiatives across the Central Region. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory, preferably in the Chicago area . This role is critical to driving strategic growth, leading a team of Territory Sales Representatives, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets. The RM will also be responsible for managing a select group of key accounts, strengthening relationships, and supporting long-term business success.

Responsibilities

  • Educate, train, develop and motivate Territory Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals
  • Communicate and promote Nature's Plus core values and policies
  • Consistently communicate territory success / challenges with the Executive VP of Sales
  • Identify and evaluate new market trends / opportunities within the Region
  • Collaborate w / Key Accounts in Region to improve penetration of NP brand
  • Partner w / Sales Administration to coordinate Sales Rep recruitment efforts
  • Attend National Sales Meetings and Manager's Meetings
  • Represent Nature's Plus at industry events
  • Perform other work related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Ideally located and reside in Chicago area
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Sales Management
  • Proven track record in leading a sales team to produce positive results
  • Strong work ethic, passion for driving sales
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence others
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales presentation skills
  • Results driven, self-motivated
  • Must be able to travel up to 75%
