Join our locally owned Great Clips franchise, led by licensed cosmetologists with over 30 years of experience. Stylists earn $20–$32+ per hour with hourly pay, tips, and bonuses, plus enjoy paid, hands-on training in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to grow, we offer real opportunities for advancement. Full-time benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, along with tuition reimbursement to help pay off cosmetology school loans. Hair Stylist / Barber Qualifications :

  • Cosmetology and / or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state / province)
  • The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
  • The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
  • The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
