RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a respected healthcare facility in Kokomo, Indiana. This is a day shift position offering stability, professional growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care and pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff

Coordinate medication distribution, inventory, and workflow

Maintain high standards of patient safety and customer service

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Shift :

• Monday - Thursday : 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm and Friday : 8 : 00am 4 : 00pm
• No Holidays or weekends
