About The Position

Job Title : Rad Tech General Imaging

Profession : Allied

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12hr Night Shift - 36

Hours per Shift : 36

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience

License : BLS, ARRT-CT

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Must-Have : CT and X-Ray experience

Description :

Community-based hospital in an urban area with licensed beds and no trauma designation.

Teaching facility that operates a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center.

The department handles an average of 100 patients per day.

Experience in emergency department preferred due to high patient volume and complexity.

Minimum of 2 techs on all shifts to ensure adequate support.

Uses EPIC for electronic medical records.

Department specific equipment includes Siemens CT Force and Siemens AS64.

No floating required between departments.

Scheduling includes weekend rotation based on shift needs.

No on-call requirements for this position.

Travelers are expected to work a majority of holidays that occur during the assignment.

Requests for time off must be approved.

Shift times may vary based on job needs.
