- Pay : Up to $24.25 / hour, based on experience

POSITION
As the IP Clinical Research Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for investigational product (IP) handling at the site. You’ll manage inventory, prepare and dispense study medications, and keep meticulous records to meet protocol, sponsor, and regulatory requirements. You’ll also support subject visits, protect patient safety, and partner closely with investigators, coordinators, and sponsors to keep studies running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct protocol-specified visits and procedures; document assessments and data accurately and on timeManage IP : receive, store, track inventory, prepare / dispense (including IV prep), and reconcile per protocol / SOPsMonitor storage conditions and temperatures; report and document any excursions; maintain readiness for auditsReport adverse events and SAEs promptly through the appropriate channelsMaintain pharmacy and IP areas for safety, cleanliness, and compliance; complete all required trainingCollaborate professionally with patients, internal teams, sponsors, and IRBs to ensure quality and complianceQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical research experiencePharmacy Technician Certification preferred1+ year of clinical research experience and 1+ year in a pharmacy settingWorking knowledge of GCP / ICH, HIPAA, research workflows, and medical terminologyStrong communication, teamwork, and customer-service skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organization and documentation habits
