Job Description

The Lee Company is seeking an additional team member focused on Digital Marketing Automation to join its Marketing Department in Westbrook, CT. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results through marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot and its capabilities, along with a mix of technical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking. This role will be responsible for creating and managing multiple automation projects simultaneously, so strong prioritization and time management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and B2B campaigns.
• Proven experience in HubSpot, including building workflows, lead nurturing programs, email campaigns, and reporting.
• Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, inbound marketing strategies, leveraging data for decision making, and content optimization.
• Strong email marketing experience, including writing, building, testing, deployment, and measurement of email performance.
• Bonus : Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Canva, Photoshop, and Google Analytics.
