Requirements :

  • Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible by the American Board of Radiology
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • DEA Certificate
