Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, evaluate, and recommend pay actions to enhance workforce retention
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure new hire offers align with internal equity
Partner with HRIS to ensure compensation grades and job profiles are accurately aligned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum of three years of compensation-related experience
At least five years of progressive HR responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with compensation and financial analysis formulas
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various levels and departments
