The Role : Fitness Membership Advisor

We're looking for a high-energy, people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Fitness Membership Advisor , you'll be the first point of contact for potential clientscalling leads, setting appointments, and guiding them through the process of becoming part of the D1 Training family.

What You'll Do

  • Engage New Leads : Make daily outbound calls, build connections, and schedule trial sessions and consultations.
  • Drive Sales : Help prospects discover the right membership options for their goals and close new sign-ups.
  • Track Performance : Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, appointments, and sales activity.
  • Be the Voice of D1 : Deliver a professional yet enthusiastic first impression that reflects our brand and culture.

    • Key Performance Goals

  • 100+ Calls a day to leads.
  • Convert at least 20% of inbound leads into clients.
  • Maintain a 60% schedule rate , 70% show rate , and 50% close rate .

    • What We're Looking For

  • Energetic Communicator : Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident on the phone.
  • Sales Experience : 1+ years in sales with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Customer Service Skills : At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (fitness industry a plus).
  • Passion for Fitness : You don't need to be a pro athlete, but you should believe in what we do.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • $18 / hour base pay
  • $20 commission per new member acquire. 10% on most PIF and PT sales
