Job Summary

We are seeking a Validation & Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in brake systems or related automotive components. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, experience in vehicle testing and validation, and familiarity with tools such as CANalyzer. This role involves vehicle testing on proving grounds and public roads, along with data analysis and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle testing and validation for braking systems on public roads or proving grounds.
• Perform data acquisition and analysis using CANalyzer and related tools.
• Support validation activities for braking or suspension systems to ensure performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document test results, prepare reports, and present findings to engineering and project teams.
• Participate in business trips to various U.S. locations (typically 1–2 weeks per trip) to support testing and validation programs.
